If you’re looking at your kitchen or wooden furniture and thinking you wish you could change it’s appearance because it’s starting to look tatty or has discoloured in some way then my hand painted kitchen and furniture service could be your answer. If you’re happy with your kitchen’s layout then why go to the extreme of ripping it all out and replacing, costing you thousands of pounds? Older, bespoke kitchen’s and furniture tend to be of a higher quality so these are perfect candidates for painting, in any colour and finish of your choice. Whether you have an oak, pine, maple, MDF or even a laminate kitchen or piece of furniture, these can all be hand painted to a very high standard. I can paint any kitchen, from a 10 year old laquered pine kitchen with 15 doors to a 30 year old dark oak kitchen with 35 doors and any piece of furniture, from a mirror to a wardrobe – some items of furniture can be dropped off at my workshop for painting to save on cost of repeat visits to paint on site. With the correct preparation, paint’s and tools, I can totally transform your kitchen and furniture so that it is more modern looking, but without the hefty price tag of replacement. During the refurbishment I can also remove, fill and replace your handles for a totally fresh new look at the same time. Every kitchen or piece of furniture that I hand paint will have at least 4 coats of paint applied to both sides of doors, drawers, pelmet, cornice, plinth, end panels and frames, these consist of specialist primers, undercoats and topcoats to give a totally flawless, long-lasting, durable finish. If you’re kitchen or furniture has already been professionally hand painted and is still in good condition then preparation plus 2 finishing coats should be fine for if you just want a colour change.
