I will provide you with a free, written, detailed specification of work to be undertaken, ensuring that all details are included and that on completion of the job there are no ‘hidden charges’. (written estimates offer the client protection in the unlikely event that anything goes wrong)
I will respect your property and belongings at all times and I am totally committed to leaving your property clean and tidy, both at the end of each working day, and at the end of the job. My dust-free sanding system eliminates up to 95% of dust so you don’t have to worry about cleaning up after me.
I only employ or use the services of quality, clean tradesmen that are fully qualified and vastly experienced in their field.
I never run multiple jobs at any one time. Once you have agreed for me to start the work I stay until it is completed.
I will never ask you for any deposits or up front payments, an invoice for payment is only issued once the job is complete and you are happy with it.
I only use top quality tools, trade paints and materials supplied by the leading manufacturers.
